Bronze Gastropod Round Earrings, Necklaces, & Sets

from $28.00

These swirly Gastropod Fossil Impressions came from a fossil collected along the Current River in Missouri. The fossil wasn't one I was able to keep, as many collected on protected State and National Park lands often are. Thankfully, I was able to make a mold of the fossil for future use!

These impressions capture a bit of my love for the Ozark Region. Their stories are hidden among the geological layers of time. Every so often, they can be found peeking through the surface, along a river's bank or dry creek, exposed on the walls of a cave passage, or perched up high on a hillside. Intertwined with a different timeframe and in a whole new landscape, they get a glimpse of what their future would have looked like, and serve as a reminder of our Earth's past.

  • Bronze Gastropod Round Earrings - 13mm x 13mm focal earrings; Hypoallergenic Niobium Ear wires; Total drop length 23mm

  • Bronze Gastropod Centered Round Necklace - 23mm x 20mm focal on 18" anti tarnish bronze chain

*Also available as a set
