I always feel super recharged and refreshed after scurrying about in nature. Sometimes we’ll catch a quick hike, or sneak away for some extended backpacking m, or meet up with some friends for caving. Regardless of how long or brief our excursions, I always come back to my bench feeling like colors are a bit brighter and difficult tasks seem more doable. You can see from this video, this guy always makes these recharge sessions a bit more enjoyable 💕

Movement, nature, and scent seem to go hand in hand for me. I can’t walk through the woods without picking up some foliage and crushing it in my hands to see how it smells (I’m looking at you, perilla). Sandalwood, lavender, and patchouli all share my studio, and they definitely help me breath a bit deeper.
